I have wanted to be a teacher ever since I completed the first grade. Believe it or not, 21 years later, I’m here, living the dream! The past three years, I have taught 3rd grade at Northfield Elementary School. I enjoyed all of the
experiences with the students and the staff. The years at NES helped me to grow both as a professional and as a person. I am thrilled to join the team here at BES. I look forward to meeting all the students and building strong relationships with both the students and the families.
I have both my Masters degree and Undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I was an English major during my undergraduate career with a focus in Psychology.
Afterwards, I spent an accelerated year in the CTEP program completing my Master’s Degree in Elementary Ed.
I have many hobbies outside of school. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I feel lucky to have people in my life that bring me so much joy. I love to read books, I will take any chance I can to travel, and as you can tell by the theme of my page, I LOVE the ocean.
Looking forward to a wonderful year together!
